Nice left hook by Porter at the beginning of the round. Porter has gone to power-boxing and doing well. Gomez getting in some rights, but not with the regularity of earlier in the fight. Both guys are not good defensively so they are both getting in some shots. Porter has a nice jab, and some great combo's. Porter seems to be breaking down Gomez. Body shots seem to have taken a toll. Gomez is hurt! Nice combo's of body and head work. Big round for Porter.

Porter unloading heavy rights around the guard of Gomez. Hard left hook and now Porter starts unloading on Gomez. Gomez is done but they are still letting it go. The beating is starting.

Porter had Gomez in a bad way by the end of the round. Porter up 3-2, but this might be academic.

 

Is it just me or does Gomez always look like he's pulling an invisible ball and chain with his back right leg? He always seems to just drag his leg never move it.

Porter need to work on counter punching

 

This is a good fight so far.

 

Gomes is landing huge shots but either Porter has a great chin or Gomez can't punch. A little of both I think
