I actually used to like this guy but I'm starting to really dislike him. The guy hasn't fought in over a year, has no real significant victories over big names, calls out all the big dogs as if he deserves shots at them, jumps 2 weight classes and is in a WBC eliminator match in his first fight at 147 Wtf???
But how does the guy become mayweathers manditory after one fight? **** don't make sense, but I guess that's the WBC for you right?
Mayweather won't fight him yet anyway, there plenty of Golden Boy rosters ahead of Guerrero. Khan & Alvarez. But Guerrero is a brilliant boxer, i just want to see how he adapts @ 147lb's.
I also don't get it. It seems like I've seen him last against Litzau for the IBF FW title and since then I am honest t tell you that I didn't even know the guy had wins at SFW ( Malcom Klassen), LW ( Joel Casamayor and Vincent Escobedo). I think they are giving him a chance of a lifetime for the hard living and his wife's struggle with cancer that somehow created an emptyness that he can only make up by winning this WBC interim title and be a mandatory challenger FOR FLOYD MAYWEATHER...
he needs to show he is a pfp threat not just talk about being one citing old victories the pfp status is a fluid kind of mechanism ,hence he needs to stay fighting the best to be truly recognised
