The real stupidity here is that we have too many government entities making too many laws. It is IMPOSSIBLE to know every law. Not even a supreme court justice knows .1% of all the laws on the books. Gun rights are guaranteed by the constitution so ONLY the federal government should have the ability to make laws concerning them. Then we you don't have to worry about the laws in thousands of municipalities around the damned country.
