In an 8-rounder, headlining a small card in Vaasa, Finland. :blood

His opponent was stopped in four by Dillian Whyte and Otto Wallin. In his W column, ten of twelve are by KO but I don't think we need to worry about his power here given the Georgian's opposition level. :yep Chin was never a problem of Helenius'.

So anything short of a KO4 has to be called a poor augur for Helenius' comeback. He can't be falling short of the benchmark of guys like Wallin & Whyte.

I saw Helenius working out, he looks so much better now. If he gets back into shape like he used to be he will be awesome..................

Helenuis only fought one decent opponent delboy derek chisora, he got out worked and won by robbery. The rest of his opponents were stiffs old and shot. Like wilders.
Although helenuis is a good fighter he was never amazing or in awesome shape. He was flabby and had a poor weak jab for someone of that size. He was just a good finisher but only finished oldies. And sometimes it took him a lot of rounds to do it.

Helenius is terribly overrated here. Glass jawed and feather fisted Cunningham, who is also overrated on this board, probably knocks him out easily.

He has size, power and reasonable movement. He's 31, I wouldn't write him off yet, he's a threat to anyone.

He's big, he can hit, he can take a punch. Should be back in the top ten soon.

I liked Helenius and thought he was a serious contender, never saw him as a threat to Wladimir

I would really like to see him vs Povetkin or at least Povetkin vs Helenius when Helenius was not in these lay offs.

I think Helenius can be a good fight for a lot of guys out there

I was thrilled when he knocked out Peter, but after the Chisora robbery he lost me as a believer. Then came the Sauerland problems and a terrible match versus Sprott. I don't think he will ever be a key player in the HW division again.

Liakhovich was still decent when Helenius fought him.
