A fight I would love to have seen was Joshua Vs Ike Ibeabuchi when both were at their best. Ike would have destroyed the body builder to win the best ever Heavyweight to come from Nigeria title AJ wouldn't last 5 rounds

 

Although he was in some good fights I never took to him as a human being, the sanitised corperate media managed persona just doesn't work for me especially in boxing. The inspirational quotes from some shitty self help book just compounded that opinion of him, he would have been better being the heel and letting his personality come out and leaning into it. AJ was always a hood rat and should have embraced it, maybe his ego was not strong enough to do that, I feel that was a missed opportunity.

That jibberish from Joshua did nothing to Helenius,infact if anything it confirmed to him that Joshua like all the rumours suggest is mentally shot ! Its like a reprieve/way out for Joshua,let’s fight now and I don’t have to fight in the ring tomorrow night .All the pressure is on Joshua and everyone will compare whatever happens in the fight to Wilders win over Helenius. As for Helenius he is a last minute replacement and not expected to do sh*t so no pressure at all on him. I’d love to see Helenius to pull off the epic upset but tbh I can’t see it happening myself,Joshua needs to win in style inside three rounds,anything else and critics will pull him to pieces .
