    Helenius should stay fuk away from Rahman.. Last thing what Helenius needs is to be Brutally knocked out by Rahman.. Helenius just stands there and then the Big fuken right hand comes and down he goes..
    Even how shot Rahman is you dont know about him.

    The man has already broekn it three times. He should consider taking a year off, working on fitness, and coming back with improved stamina.

    The other thing he could do is take soft figths for awhile and just work on improving the jab and mixing in hooks. But he needs to leave that right hand alone.
