Wondering does Robert stand a chance against Fury? Helenius last match against "heavy bag" Kownacki was quite impressive but sure he was tailor made for him style wise.

Would be interesting to see this attacking Fury against good counterpuncher like Helenius. Thoughts?

Helenius has a punchers chance. He's tall but tall doesn't beat Fury.
If you tag Helenius on the chin he'll go down and maybe not get up.
If you tag Fury on the chin he'll get back up like the terminator.
Fury probably wins. But I like Helenius.

Good match up, very close fight.

I’m a big fan of Helenius, I think the washington fight was a horrible mishap/off day for him. Shouldnt have lost that.

He dominated Kownacki twice, who I recall vividly on this forum as being the new boogeyman, one to watch.

Helenius has similar attributes to Fury except he hits harder for sure imo. his chin is decent, good ring IQ and mobility. He isnt as sloppy as Fury either, good boxing absolutely doesnt slap.

I think 50/50 fight, I edge Helenius to win maybe by a bit more as I saw Fury struggle against Wallin who is a tall guy too.

Hey, I like this one. Fury probably stops him late but RH is looking sharp

Yeah, good to see Helenius back in as decent top contender. Clock is ticking for him so would be nice to see him against Fury if Dillian Whyte situation doesn't play out.

Helenius was sparked clean out by Duhaupas who you rate as a no-hoper.

I don't want to see those kind of fights.

Helenius should fight someone from WBA rankings - Hughie Fury, Makhmudov, Bakole

Fury should fight Whyte and nobody else, since AJ vs Usyk 2 is happening

Helenius is the Finnish Price. Technically half decent and packs decent power. That said just like Price - he is chinny and has a poor gas tank.

How does Helenius' "resume" stack up against Fury's?

They look somewhat evenly matched to me.

Yep remember our discussion on how any and all heavyweights can get caught?

Even the great Muhammed Ali dropped by a nobody.

I second this opinion. Hrgovic vs Helenius would be nice too.

I don't believe that to be true. Beating Wilder is more impressive than beating Knowkaci.

Helenius has a punchers chance, but expect Fury to out box him, take him deep and when Helenius gasses out I believe Fury stops him late.

If it is excusable for Whyte, Helenius and co. to be sparked clean out, then why make such a big deal about Fury being dropped, and actually getting back up to win?

I think you're giving Fury a bit too much credit here, Mitch.

Fury has not knocked out Liakhovich, Brewster and Peter - all former World Heavyweight Champions. He has also knocked out Teper and taken Gregory Tony's 0, who beat Takam who I believe you rate very highly.

Because he developed a habit of getting dropped by skinny men that arent heavyweight size by todays metrics ... while making fun of their size himself in the pressers and talking about how he is gods gifts to boxing and 6 foot 9 beast.

    That, Safin... is the why.

On the other hand, Dillian doesnt say he is the best, he says “im not the biggest, not the strongest, not the tallest, not the most skilled” but i find a way to win.

Humble guy. So i cant give him flak when said Povetkin was dangerous before he fought him.

Fury is too mouthy and has a massive ego so he deserves getting stick for getting dropped by the guys that dropped him. Here is the presser:

    This content is protected

Que apologetics and excuses “oh Fury was being entertaining” nope this was pure ego and disrespect.

Fury: There is not a man on the planet 200. Pounds that can beat me even if all of Philadelphia got in the ring with him.

This isnt going to be a fight m, I hit him, he hits the floor.

    Then Fury gets floored hard.
    LOL

Anyways lets not hijack this thread lets pack it in
