Helenius was hardly a joy to watch in his "prime", as much as everyone really wanted him to be this exciting super heavy destroyer he never was destined to be.

I'd have added a poll and done it right(as you know I don't **** those up) but the thread was about two fights. So opted to not put a poll up.

I'd beat Duhaupas the first time, a rematch would be even less competitive...

Although, being the fourth Finnish guy who gets KAYOed by Johann Duhaupas has a nice ring to it too.

This forum's fixation with Helenius... I don't get it and never will. Bellew is becoming the next one. Helenius was never any good. The difference in quality between prime Helenius and Dereck Chisora was, eh, about 108-120. The excuse for thinking he was a good fighter ended 6 years ago. The rest of you have been in straight denial in that span.

Helenius should either rematch Chisora or retire. The injuries have been too much and there is very little that he can do to be meaningful to the division. Best of luck to him, but why hang around and embarrass himself?

Agreed...if this blossoms into a trilogy with Bykhautsou, especially if Robbe winds up on the losing end of it, 1-2 (and that isn't far-fetched in the least) it will be quite a bit of self-inflicted humiliation and one struggles to see where Helenius might have seen more of a niche for himself in the division now than when he was undefeated and in his prime. :nusenuse:
