I really hope Atlas can fix what is wrong with Povetkin, because I like the man and he division needs help.

 

Its atlas thats wrong with Povetkin, he the one to blame that povetkin didnt fight wlad. He has a history of ruining careers

 

Povetkin became the mandatory 2 years ago- his confidence was lacking before Teddy Atlas.

Yeah, Teddy ruined Michael Grant, but apparently he and Povetkin really get along.

Povetkin imo has the right style to beat those tall heavies like Klitschkos and Helenius. Make them fight at a high pace is the key. Unfortunately he lacks the confidence. Helenius is not in Klitschkos league though. I would favour Povetkin slightly.

 

Povetkin claims he needs a year or 2 to take on a caliber of fighter like this.....so instead he will fight career cruiserweight rob calloway next...kinda risky, but hes got teddy in his corner for the expierenced calloway

 

Okay, lol. So Povetkin pulls out of the Wlad fight and we forget how he beat multiple top10 guys while Helenius didn't? Povetkin outworks him or scores a late TKO. Helenius is not ready for this level yet.

Povetkin SHOULD win, and probably WOULD win; but there has to be some doubts creeping in.

 

Povetkin, rather easily. Helenius isn't close to ready for that yet. He still has too many defensive holes, his jab still needs work, and whenever he moves his feet it looks like he's going to trip over himself. Helenius has a lot of promise, but he still needs a lot of work.
