Baysangurov is trying to roll his face around Brant's jab, but for every time he does so successfully he gets stamped with two more while standing fixed in place. Baysangurov's reaction time is just not even remotely equipping him to deal with Brant's combination of speed, stamina, and activity. Brant is gliding around Baysangurov, counter-clockwise, throwing lead rights like they were jabs and then building off them into lengthy flurries, changing directions mid-stream while still punching, ducking in the middle of combos and rising to finish them. Baysangurov doing nothing but miss jabs over Brant's head.

Baysangurov's dad is actually part of his corner. This is a different situation from the co-main event, where Yareli Larios was actually doing good work and proving game even in the rounds she lost big to Mayer, and vigorously assuring her dad that she wanted every opportunity to see it out. This is just a pillorying. That corner needs to start murmuring about the white towel.

 

Round 9

Baysangurov is following, jabbing down at Brant, not reaching. Every time Baysangurov opens up with more than a single or double jab, Brant starts to peck at him with straight body shots and scamper around him landing hooks from every direction. Baysangurov is completely befuddled and just hanging out at medium range, waiting on Brant, and then getting lit up but not doing a thing about it except whiff the odd jab or hook. Brant a blur of motion.

A little but even at this rate of attrition, if he's throwing at like 50% of his original speed/power/volume in the 11th & 12th rounds he'll still be pitching a shutout.

 

Round 10

Baysangurov is trying to sling a long left hook at the liver, but Brant is shimmying in front of him, squirming up close, landing combos, and hedgehogging on the way out so that Baysangurov just nicks his kidney instead. Brant is evading Baysangurov, slipping the jab, landing 1-2s at will as he circles. Right hand downstairs from Baysangurov. Brant throws a right into the armpit. Right up top from Baysangurov. Left hook on the hip by Baysangurov. Brant reaches in with a right hand and tickles Baysangurov's chin, then spins himself around missing a left hook.

10-9 Brant, but he's getting sloppy and not winning as wide.
