Yeah amazing performance from Murata and even tho I picked him I never imagined the fight going like that I had thought close decision or late stoppage were more likely results, doubt it would have changed anything but Brant maybe should have taken a knee on a couple of occasions imo.
No idea how big the crowd was but it felt like a great atmosphere

No one tried to retroactively say or do anything. @Drew101 the night o the event, an myself the next day (I couldn't watch it that night, because I was doing another RBR) both scored the first fight 115-113 for Brant. It was no blowout. Sure Brant won, no one is arguing otherwise, but Murata upped his workrate and was going to to toe in many rounds, and simply outslugged him by a hair. It's understandable why Murata would be down on himself, he lost, no two ways about it, and even the 4 or 5 rounds he won, they weren't dominant. But that still doesn't change the fact that many rounds wee razor close an could be scored in Murata's favor because he landed the cleaner heavier blows in them.

:nonono Can't stand New Day, the over the top way Woods and Big E. act sickens me. But..... that never applied to Kofi, I've always thought he was an excellent worker, who was being wasted being grouped with those other two bums, and was deserving of much better. Although I did hate the angle and "organic" fan movement to push him at Mania, using the narrative they used, because that same narrative easily applies to about a fourth of the locker room. But other than that, I'm fine with Kofi. That being said.... War Joe!!!!!:sisi1

"I came in with the impression that he would be very hard to knock out, so I think this was kind of lucky," Murata said.

The 33-year-old Murata improved to 15-2, while Brant, 28, fell to 25-2.
