    Who else does he train?

How much credit should he get for keeping Froch grounded against Taylor? :think

He also trains Darren Barker, Commonwealth MW champ who looks to be a very decent prospect.

    Thanks. :thumbsup

That's his whole stable, those two?

Anybody follow/remember his career in the ring? He lost in his two consecutive title bids (his swansong against a still undefeated Eastman) but doesn't seem to have had a bad run. Personally, I don't put any stock in the "worse the fighter, the better the trainer and vice versa" superstition (it's just coincidence that, say, Roach and the Mayweathers are so much better than a McGirt. Look at John David Jackson - good fighter & good trainer.

    Lmfao. Froch = Legend.

He's a decent trainer by all accounts. Very honest and forthright in the corner. I think him and Richie Woodhall are the real young talents of British boxing trainers.

Darren Barker is the best of the rest of his stable without doubt. Very solid all-round fighter, if a little questionable on the durability/chin side of things.

He's certainly not shy about getting in his man's face and telling them what's what. I like that in a trainer. Froch totally respected him, you could tell (even though he had a few brainfart rounds where he either forgot or ignored the preceding corner advice).
