Robert Smith has turned the UK boxing scene in to every country we used to criticise for horrific cards, decisions and refereeing performances.

It's just embarrassing.

 

It actually is embarrassing at this point. As a Brit, I am embarrassed.

 

Porky will have a field day with this.
The BBBoC are a joke. Blaming the Sky commentary for the shocking score cards is another level of helmet behaviour.
The judges should even be able to hear the commentary.
But i do agree Adam Smith and Macklin are poor and should both resign, but so should Robert Smith, Terry O'Connor and Howard Foster.
You can never say anything about the A stars though nothing at all.

Does anybody expect anything else from Smith? He is part of the wider problem.

 

Winning by a couple of rounds would be 7-5, not 8-4 which actually strengthens your point.

 

Scores have been shocking in Britain for years. This is nothing new. This is an old problem!

 

Unfortunately for us he doesn't.

 

What a clown. W*nker and cannot even do his job.

 

The problem is that Smith, Foster, O'Conner they all drinking buddies. It's an old boys club, a union, they will back each other to the hilt and they are all taking bungs and extras. It's a culture that they are protecting and this is why you never see any new boys coming through the ranks. They will hold on to what they have got until the bitter end (death). We are stuck with these corrupt old ****ers until they die off.

With the promoter paying all the officials for there weekend’s work plus expenses what do you expect ? Eddie can come out say what he likes but still was careful in what he said instead of being honest and saying what he really thinks , Martinez was robbed end of story he won the fight irrelevant of the margin of the score cards , Eddie chose to be so outraged with the the actual scores rather than the result , hoping that will come across to the boxing public that Eddie isn’t in on all these bull **** robbery’s going on on British shores !!

In reality he is bang involved with it , I know how these events work . Eddie pays all there wages for the corrupt bboc officials for there services on his show aswell as all there expenses , no doubt this is where the wink wink nudge nudge I scratch your back you scratch mine comes from !

my mate Kieran Farrell got called by the bboc board to attend a hearing because he didn’t dance to there tune a couple of years ago . One of his shows he told two officials to **** off the cheeky *******s after they tried putting in expenses for over 300 pounds I think it was ( not sure the exact figure ) for one night stay in some bog standard hotel and a train journey around two hours here two hours back ! So on top of there 500 each wage these bent board members think these small hall promoters who usually make a loss or not very much after so much hard work just to get such a show on they can just turn up and think they can take the ****!

In the meeting he was basically told to toe the line and do as he’s told !! Basically it’s a dictatorship and if you don’t bow down to there rules written or unwritten you will have big problems !!!

So imagine the sort of brown envelopes Eddie is handing over to these bent officials with there expenses for there services !!

I don’t think it’s right the promoter is paying the officials it’s definitely a conflict of interest .

imagine premier league home teams had to pay the referee and officials there wages when they took charge of the matches at there ground ?? People would be in uproar!!

 

I actually contacted the boards few years ago and asked how somebody can become a judge and they responded with 'we have enough'

 

Comical! No professional response like 'At this moment in time were not recruiting judges, however we will take your details and contact you when we are next opening up positions'
