Gotta go with Abraham by KO. Stieglitz has a pretty shaky chin (blitzed by Alejandro Berrio, ground down by Librado Andrade of all people.) Abraham hits like a truck. Stieglitz could outbox Abraham, as he's pretty slow-footed and crude, but I can't imagine he'll be able to get through all 12 rounds without Abraham getting to him at least a few times. And all Abraham needs is a few flush shots close together to change the course of a fight.

I lean towards a decision that incites controversy either way (one of those work rate vs. quality of shots debates) or a late TKO for Abraham circa championship rounds.

    Twist my arm, Abraham TKO11.

(followed closely by Stieglitz SD as the next likely option)

Am i the only one picking an EASY UD win for Stieglitz? Look at all the trouble Wilk caused for AA. Stieglitz has more skill then Wilk IMO and should outbox him easy.
