He saved the fight for Pulev. Mo Harris did not like the money. Bidenko got injured during his preparation for the fight. So they had to find someone for Pulev on 2 weeks notice.

Abraham just rolled up to the Baden Arena in a tiny grey European sedan.

(about fifteen minutes ago actually...I had the post typed up but forgot to hit "submit" after ESB gave me the 'you must wait 60 seconds after your last post to submit another' message :yep)

I'd like Abraham-Stieglitz if Abraham doesn't wise up and move back down. Sure it could be made.

I agree but I disagree with the commentators, I think Stieglitz is underrated but saying he can beat Kessler is overrating him.

Stieglitz is out to some gothic/new-wavey rock song with a chugging beat. The stupid Brits are talking over the lyrics so I can't google them and figure out who/what it is.

Weber looks soft as fresh whipped butter.

Throw a wig and stuffed bra on him, and that soft flesh and smooth pale skin would be causing whiplash and minor traffic accidents on any red light district street corner.

Am I totally wrong for giving Weber round 1?

    Round 1

Stieglitz jabs, stepping out to his left. Weber is busily popping his own weak jabs and trying to work some short uppercuts inside as he leans in on Stieglitz. The champ is getting touched only lightly as he slides away and keeps distance with his jab. Good 1-2 by Stieglitz. A Weber left catches Stieglitz off balance and he totters into the ropes for support, bouncing off of them and getting back into a circling and boxing pattern. Right hand to the body by Stieglitz crouching in, then circling back out and landing jabs over Weber's. Left hook by Stieglitz from outside. Weber clutches him in the net of his left arm and digs with the right to the body. Stieglitz backs out and Weber lands a right. Stieglitz is trying to stay moving and jabbing. Weber is landing his jab now. Stieglitz falls in with a right hand and clinches. Jab, right hand, left hook by Stieglitz - all blocked but heavy.

    10-9 Stieglitz
