Everyone's going to say Duran, after seeing film of him at 135-140 I think Napoles has a great shot of beating Duran, Napoles is every bit a different animal at 135 that Duran is. I really dont know who wins but alongside Whitaker these 3 are top3 head to head LWs of all time. I think we could say it would be action packed and a damn close call

I've thought about this fight quite a lot recently; it's something like 50/50 imo. Napoles could be troubled by skilled, aggressive fighters who could push him back and not allow him to control the pace whilt tearing away at that fragile skin. In other words, Duran. Likewise, Napoles had all the smoothness and offensive generalship that could trouble Duran. I'll sit on the fence and say that they'd split a series. Either way, of course
I think Napoles has the tools to beat Duran at LW. But there's his cutting problem too. These two are otherwise evenly matched. Due to the aforementioned skin issues, I'll say Duran by SD.
Durans strength and pressure will trouble Napoles as Muniz and Backus did with there strength. But Duran is a cleverer and better skilled in fighter and these and can take advantage of Napoles inside there. But again Napoles has that smoothness and style to trouble Duran as well as the fire power to keep him honest
