I was excited to hear a Movie about Duran will start filming shortly. But then I hear Gael Garcia Bernal is playing Duran? errrr Ok not maybe they can make it work but Usher is playing Sugar Ray Leonard???? Two homosexuals playing the role of two legendary boxers? atsch What the Hell?
My ass ain't fat homey. And No, I look nothing like Duran and I don't act. What, where you offended that I refered to Gael and Usher as being gay. Sorry homey, didn't expect to see someone so butthurt about that.
Yes i'm offended that some guy who hoped to play Roberto Duran in a movie called the actual guy who's playing Roberto Duran in a movie gay
Maybe you just upset by my lack of respect toward gays as yourself. My apologies. :rofl Why else would you reply in such a manner.:huh
Because it's hilarious watching you reply in a manner that thinks your 'owning' him when your really not :-(
I didn't start posting to try to "own" someone, I had an opinion on actors selected to portray legendary fighters. That's all. So I mention someone being gay and all the homo come out the woodworks to defend their gay pride.
Gael Garcia Bernal is a good actor, maybe not the very best for the role but who the **** knows. He might just put in an excellent performance Im not too sure about Usher though... On the other hand Al Pacino/ De Niro playing as Ray Arcel would be amazing. Personally Id go for Pacino, he suits that role more

Do you think this incident with be in the picture: When Roberto Duran was training to fight Carlos Palomino at Madison Square Garden, he worked out at Howard Albert's gym, an old factory loft in the Garment Center. It was summertime, and sweltering. Every Latino worker in the area-- and their families -- watched their hero train at lunchtime. The gym was a steam room -- jammed cheek-to-jowl with the adoring. They pressed so close Duran barely had room for floor exercises. When he was done, he jumped in the ring to shadow box. Spanning what looked like a crowded subway car, you could see chests swell faces beaming with pride. Plump mothers holding babies in their arms stood at the ring apron, while their little ones looked up saucer-eyed at this God. In the midst of this outpouring of love, somebody in the back -- unbelievably! -- kept shouting at Duran in Spanish: "PIPINO CUEVAS WILL KILL YOU! Duran paid him no mind and continued to shadow box. But the heckler was relentless: "PIPINO CUEVAS WILL KILL YOU! "PIPINO CUEVAS WILL KILL YOU! Finally, Duran fixed him with a glare, stretched as far over the ropes as he could -- just above the glowing faces of mothers and toddlers -- and yanked down his trunks, grabbed his nuts and roared in Spanish: "PIPINO CUEVAS CAN SUCK MY ****!
