The thing that is most evident is the economy of effort in Duran's work compared to Benn. This weakness is something that came back to haunt Nigel throughout his career, he used far too much energy doing the simple stuff which left him out of gas when the going got tough.

Indeed, he toyed with Benn. Unbelievable. I did not expect that. I'll admit right away I haven't seen much of Duran though.

C'mon guys lets not go overboard, Benn was hardly giving it his all offensively and was not using his strength, while Duran was just being cute and slick for the most part.

Good stuff but hardly indicating how a fight would have gone in the ring.

Got a chuckle at 2.53 when Duran's foot happens to get hooked around the back of Benn's leg so he playfully pulls it hahaha

I have different Duran sparring with Benn footage, and thats exactly how Duran goes about his business. Not much offense, but rather slipping and rolling with the shots and focusing on his defensive side of the game.
