you must have forgotten what was the actual weight of pac when he first stepped into the ring professionally?! BTW, lets also talk about actual achievements..

a)who holds the world record of most number of divisions or belts held?!
    b)boxer of the decade
do i really need to enumarate them?! LoL!

At the same time, I don't remember Paquio being beaten BRUTALLY by somebody like what happened to Duran. Yes, pac had his share of losses but that was early part of his career! Yes, he lost to Morales but it the loss was not as devastating as Duran's loss to Hearns and besides Pacquio avanged his loss to Morales and POOR duran he will probably had a nigthmare if he was asked if he wants a rematch with Hearns:yep

I don't recall Duran asking for a rematch :hey

Duran has a great legacy but I believe Pacquio legacy is greater

This is the same old Duran stuff as when he were fighting years ago. Say he would destroy anyone and then when he fights the greats he loses onesided fights and say he was not in shape. And his fans will then say, well he would have destroyed him at 135. As though Manny is not as good as Buchanan or Dejesus. If all of Duran's opponents at lightweight were C and B grade fighter, Manny is an A+ level fighter. On Duran's wins vs. greats (one against Ray, who then easily won in the rematch and rubbermatch) there is not much great evidence that Duran would beat Manny let alone destroy him as he says he would. The evidence points to Manny using his jab and outpointing Duran with his speed and counterpunching and Duran being frustrated and losing a big decision, only to make up an excuse that he was not up to his usual level as he normally was.

All the morons who say Duran will destroy PAC are ******. Duran will probably be the favor to win because he's probably bigger and is a great fighter himself but to say that he would totally destroy PAC is local. Duran couldn't even destroy Angel Garcia, Esteban De Jesus ( first match), Javier Ayala, and Doc McClendon. I doubt that those guys are anywhere on Pac level. It would probably be a great fight which Duran is the favor to win but I wouldn't be suprise if PAC do him good.

Don't forget to mention that Tommy Hearns beats everyone of those guys, in the same way.....and Pacquiao.

    Pacquiao is a terrible southpaw.....can't box a lick.:bart

Duran is so far above Pacquiao in skill level........

That's the 80's, no one will know. Pacquiao fought in the 00's and he's 8 divisions champ. Don't tell me anybody can it nowaday because I don't see anybody else doing it. Even in the history of Mexican boxing up till this day they are still looking for a true 4 division champ...PAC double that already.

I just hate it when people pull that, Oh he's an 8 division winner so he's the GOAT :-(
Fighters in the past only had a total of 8 divisions and when you won the belt, you had to fight the actual champion, not David Diaz and Antonio Margarito.
