In their prime Duran probably would have the advantage because he's just a great fighter that is also physically bigger. But to say what he say that he can beat Pac even now, he must be on crack. I wouldn't be suprise if Pac beat his azz down prime vs prime. I also wouldn't be suprise if Duran beat Pac also. Like what i've said, Diaz, Dela Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, and Mosley had to find out the hard way...and they will tell you that Pacquiao is no push over and no joke.

Nonsense, Duran beats Pac anywhere from 135-147, best versions at the weight vs each other obviously.

    It's better said than done.

Just ask Diaz, Dela Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, and Mosley...all world champion fighter.

None of those fighters were as complete or accomplished as Duran, especially at the stage Pac fought them. Good wins, great career, great fighter, but it doesn't mean anything when looking at Pacquiao VS Duran in itself. "Asking" those guys would be irrelevant.

Pacquiao beats him at 147lbs in a brawl or boxing match, too fast and powerful.

Duran beat a faster, harder hitting, more versatile and intelligent fighter in Sugar Ray Leonard, and forced him to fight his fight (not the popular belief SRL, round after round, decided to trade inside just because being manly was more important than winning.) Duran knocked out a Middleweight champion years past his best and was only knocked out close to his prime by one of the hardest hitters pound-for-pound ever.

If Pacquiao were to fight Duran, it would come down to more stylistic factors than just "Pac is fast and powerful."

Duran's style is all wrong for Pacquiao. All wrong. Pacquiao lacks the inside game, the defense, and the skill to stave off Roberto. He'd get bruised up on the inside and broken down with body punches. Let's not compare Pacquiao to Hagler, Leonard, Hearns, or Benitez. He's different stylistically and inferior. And let's not compare Roberto to MAB, Morales, JMM, Cotto, Hatton, Mosley, Margarito, and DLH. He's leagues above.

Duran is a hellava fighter but Pac is no joke, he's this generation best. Nobody will ever know because they are from two differnt era. Advantage would probably go to Duran because he's just a physically bigger guy. I wouldn't be surprise if Pac beat his azz down.

Pacquiao is an animal and not getting beaten up at 147lbs by anyone, possibly out boxed but that's it. Duran isn't outboxing Pac from the outside sorry.

    Leonard would.
