You know his dad was a mexican right?

Anyways, Duran wins by UD in a very brutal fight.

lol now mexicans are trying to claim duran that's funny... even his dad that was never a part of his life wasnt from mexico he was a mexican american soldier that probably grew up in the states and didnt even knew spanish.. besides duran was born and raised in panama and never had contact with his father or mexico.. but claim him if it makes you feel better.. another great mexican champion on the list damn mexico is good

We dont need to claim him, fool. Just stating the obvious fact that he has mexican blood from his dad. Besides, Mexico has great champions/HOF's/ATG's as it is. 2nd best after USA :bbb

Fool, it was Duran who was repping his Mexican background in Telemundo..He said when he wins both PANAMA and MEXICO win.

lol yeah in telemundo.. you never heard a fighter playing for the crowd and for the people to make them feel good.. he was just being nice but if you ask him if he's half mexican and half panamanian he'll tell you himself that he's 100% panamanian

all he said was that his father was mexican but what you expect him to say he's being honored by mexico and a mexican beer he's being nice.. but he refers to his father being mexican not himself
