Since people think Duran was so great when he beat Barkley in 1989, and Barkley gave Nunn a tough fight months later. What would happen if the Duran who fought Barkley fought the Nunn who fought Kalambay? Who would win?
Nunn wins a decision. He was on fire at that point. Speed, slickness, leverage, footwork. Too much for that version of Duran. Make no mistake though, Roberto would rumble as always and make it competitive.
I can't see this even being competitive. Nunn had the range and speed, and Duran didn't belong at MW.
