Duran definitely. Wiliams for all that height and reach was very easy to hit. Williams did have an excellent workrate and great stamina, but too easy to hit and not much of a chin.

I agree duran at 147 was young enough andstill haf alot of life in the legs to get in and out on williams who "fought like a midget"

    Williams might win at 160.

Quintana gave tall Paul serious problems with rudimentary counter punching. Williams is a handful for plenty, but Duran would more than likely tear him apart.

At his best Paul Willams CV was quite impressive.
He scalps include Sergio Martinez, Winky Wright, Antonio Margrito,
Erislandy Lara and recapturing the WW title against Carlos Quintana
    in 1st rd.
Duran though was not the devastating puncher at 147 lbs like he was at
135 lb.However the Duran of the Sugar Ray Leonard fight was something
special But if Carlos Palomino could go the distance then so called Paul
    Willams .Duran on pts.
