As much as I would like to, I can't argue with that.

Why not Haney vs Duran ?

The guy is the one who is undefeated and undisputed lightweight champion.

Considering Duran is the greatest fighter I ever saw and was able to acquit himself extremely well 4 weight classes above where Loma has ever fought (albeit by eating himself there) I’d say Loma has ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE.

I know this will surprise you but I am going to go with Duran :aplastao: It's not even a skill thing although Duran is better than Lomachenko. Loma does have some traits which will bother Duran and cause some problems.

The problem is that Duran at lightweight is one of the best fighters at any weight in the history of boxing and lightweight is not even The Matrix' best weight class. He is small for lightweight and is much better suited for feather or junior lightweight.

Duran wins this by mid-round knockout.

    I'm going with Lomachenko.

Duran is 70 years old and trying to get down to 135lbs would severely weaken him.

I would go further because Duran maybe the best fighter I have ever seen in the history of boxing because his only rivals for that accolade maybe Charley Burley, SRR and Ali. Loma frankly has no chance peak for peak but hardly anybody does.

Haney is good moves well but Bill Haney won’t do that to his son otherwise it’s child abuse.

So we're comparing probably the greatest at Lightweight v a guy who's had 6 fights at that weight?
Sounds like an agenda driven thread to me... but then the Op. is an overt race baiting clown.
How about comparing the undisputed Champ Haney against Duran? That sounds a little more reasonable or is it because you don't like that answer?
The Op is such a dimwitted buffoon.

Duran is much bigger. Lets not forget, he won a title at middleweight and fought at light heavyweight.

I think Lomachenko would beat every boxer who ever lived at featherweight. But it's not so easy fighting bigger men, even if one has superior skills.

If Lomachenko thought Salido was rough wait until Duran gets his hands on him.

Salido didn't even try to make weight.

Loma won, but the rotten referee Cole let Salido foul at will and the dodgy Texas judges robbed Loma.
