How many Middleweights would? Picture perfect right hand on the money by one of the most devastating punchers in history.

Why!! you lookin to hustle a few $$$$ you fat cruising ***

I've always wanted you to explain yer avi, you've no doubt cut the pic down as i can imagine security are just out of shot & about to stamp all over yer & kick yer back up into section U203 Row R with the rest of the nose bleed/rubber-necks. I sit in the $1000+ seats & they are not for peasants/waiters such as you.

I see that you kept yer gob shut when the Chavez/Duran thread was up & with a 95% Duran win polled over melon head:smoke

Still surprised why Duran survived 12 rounds against a much tougher Hagler but was put to sleep by Hearns.

Ive always thought duran had an iron chin. Ive actually heard people on esb say that duran could be hurt or dropped, like against dejesus. Duran had one of the best chins ive ever seen. Dejesus was a hard puncher and Duran got up,also beat him twice after that. IT happens to the best of chins, and I cant remember it ever happening again except when he was around 50 against Joppy. Did anyone ever say ALis chin wasnt great cuz Fraizer and Henry Cooper dropped him?

yeah sure, you're ringside all the time lol! Can't spell, can't hold an intelligent conversation = sanitation engineer. The only part that really makes me sad is that with such a low income job it must be awfully tough for you to come up with the dinero to pay off those Duran lookalikes. You must have to go for the small ***** blue light specials, then tape a beard on them.

What? ******ed to say that he could be dropped by the guy who dropped him? SRL came back and embarassed Duran twice. So I guess we agree that SRL is the better fighter?

My bad :patsch I just used my wording wrong . Check my post now. Also Im sure you know the circumstances with the NoMas and all that. Besides contrary to what some people say,Duran was in that fight. Anyways thats another thread, that im sure has been discussed on here a million times. Bottom line Leonard only fought Duran 1 time when he was 100% and he lost, and this was after Duran jumped up 2 weight classes. So my answer is NO SRL was not better than Duran. Duran was also 38 to Leonard 33(third fight) in one of the worst fights ive ever seen!

Not quite, but he's definitely up there in my judgment. Incredible fighter at his best, and his performance against the much bigger and fresher Iran Barkley humbles me every time I sit down and view it.

but you also have to take into account that Leonard stood and fought Duran's fight in the 1st fight and on near even terms it was a close competive fight and a amazing performance by both fighters.

Hey I was not trying to hurt anyones feelings. I love Duran, he is easily an all time great. Don't get mad at me just because I know history. Getting starched by Tommy Hearns does not take away from the fact that he was great.

And look what happened when Barkley knocked out Hearns.

Duran had been drinking, taking drugs, partying, had trained seriously only two weeks for his fight with Hearns. Duran was desperated for money. Look what happened when Hearns fought Hagler. Duran went 15 hard close rounds with Hagler.
