Actually I noticed this myself though that picture is awful…not a LaMotta cinder block but pretty big, doesn’t really mean much though Larry Holmes was famously called “peanut head” I'm positive Baby Arizmendi was wider at the jaw, skull, neck etc and Shavers would’ve killed him with that right hand.

I would sometimes see Holmes in airports back in the day. He looked like his head was sewn onto a gorilla’s body. It was completely disproportionately small to the size of his body.
