    :huh There is lots of footage of Robinson.Have you seen the "perfect" punch that he knocked a granite chinned middleweight Gene Fulmer out with? Aguy who was never stopped. I don't think Hearns hit harder than Robinson.

    The fact that so many are picking Robinson to destroy SRL just goes to show how blind some people are. No one destroys SRL.

    Although I will say this,
    jake lamotta < marvin halger even though I love Jake Lamotta...

    Also because of speed, power and the ability to fight going in any direction, not to mention he's naturally a larger man than SRL.

    Nobody just walks over Sugar Ray Leonard... it would be a good fight but you gotta give the edge to SRR. He wasn't just a complete fighter, he was excellent in every area.

    There is also no footage of Robinson fighting in his prime... so as good as he looked on film he was in reality even better in his youth. Now that's amazing.

    Robinson is without a doubt, the best fighter wo ever lived.

    Leonard arguably a top 10-15 fighter by most lists

    Robinson had everything Leonard had , only more.

    He was the best fighter of his era. Best fighter who ever lived? Thats just an opinion, though one most people share.

    I'd pick Leonard to beat all the best names Robinson beat.

    At ww nobody is in RR class. nobody.

    Look at the records over the same amount of years, leonard wouldnt stand a chance against SRR's foes . Leonard was washed up early.

    Fulmer, Turpin woulda killed SRL if SRL fouight them at SRR's stage in their carreers, albeit at MW

    I know thats hard to follow, too lazy to clarify

    Exactly, we've probably seen more footage of SRR than people living at that time. Also not many people in the 40's actually had TV's, mostly radios. We have access to the same footage whenever we want.

    I got Leonard on points. Robinson did not have very good defense. Robinson can actually lose to Leonard. I don't know where all this it would be easy and Leonard would get sparked came from.
