Overall I would favour Ward with his natural size, as Robinson wasnt a SMW, but if Robinson were to land, which is possible, it could be all over. Still I think Wards size would get him through, but dont think Ward would do well against several other top prime SMWs and think he would have had problems and possibly lost against a non fatigued prime Froch in a neutral location, considering how close the fight was when they did fight
I did say Ward beats Robinson but if we look back at history, Robinson has outbox boxers,,... Just can't count him off
Very close as reflected in two of the scorecards. Several rounds were close whichever way you scored them. As for this busted hand, many fighters have and get injuries yet go on to win. Did Ward go into the fight with a damaged hand, or damage it whilst in the fight? Didnt he delay the fight due to injury? I think Ward was fortunate to get fatigued Froch, considering how close it was
