That further proved that Hearns was stiff ... and it wasn't about disrespect it was about his fighting style ... said nothing about his career or legacy ... it said something about his fighting style.

    You show respect !!

or get the glasgow kiss ...

Isn't Floyd the universally recognized lineal, legitament, undisputed WW champion of the world?

Peak may be the wrong word.

Most effective, he is a effctive WW, but not an ATG WW. To say Hearns is "stiff and robotic" is well.... it is what it is.

Peak does not come into it really when judging the fact that Floyd was most effctive at 130-140. At 147 he is nowhere near as effective.

No he is not undisputed. He has 1 belt plus the lineal title.

Ezzard Charles was considered the linear, legitimate HW champ, and so was Michael Spinks, but they were better at light-heavyweight.

Mayweather is above his peak weight class at 147.

FLoyd is in his prime and he's fighting at 147 ... he might have had better performances at lower weights but he's at his best at 147 ... and he just beat Oscar DLH at 154 to take a Super Welterweight title.

He was pretty effective against Mitchell, Judah, and Hatton. He shutout Baldo. From the N'Dou fight until the Judah fight, he may have been at his best.

Mayweather doesn't open up like Robinson did. If you open up, you're gonna get hit. So yeah, Robinson may have gotten dropped, but he was a much more dynamic fighter than Mayweather is.

I don't see how what you're saying is relevant at all. That's like saying Joe Frazier got hit more than Ali...........

What does a fighter have to do to be undisputed in your view?

The lineage is with the undisputed championship ... Baldomir beat the undisputed championship in Zab Judah and the lineage in that ring belt was the undisputed championship.

How effective is relitive to how he was before, his performences at 130-140 were far more imprssive than at WW.
