GGG ducked and his fans give him a pass nothing new.

A bit ridiculous GGG became popular because of his 54-68 call out, and has this rep as a monstar without ever having to back it up.

 

Lol, Golovkin should sign up to fight Ward when he could fight Canelo/Cotto. Yeah, that's a "great" deal.

 

Have you guys seen Ward's lawyer, it's utter hilarity, they're threatening legal action because Sanchez called them liars. Absolutely pathetic.

The 50/50 offer made to GGG was quite frankly laughable considering the position both fighters are in.

I agree the fact they did not even attempt to negotiate suggests Golovkin and his team don't want to fight Ward at the moment, but that's not really anything new, nobody really wants to fight Ward, too much risk for no reward. Also Ward has now built a reputation of being difficult to work with on top of that, why would anyone look to fight Ward? Ward needs to build interest for a fight he wants because nobody is going to come knocking on his door offering good fights, only Kovalev at the moment seems to want a fight with Ward.

 

You do realize if Canelo wins he's allow per WBC rules one voluntary defense before taking on a mandatory.

If GGG was the fighter people claimed he would of fought both.

How does one Ward fight effect his status as mandatory for the WBC or block him from taking that fight next year after Ward?

 

Golovkin can fight both, but one is at a higher priority than the other. For reasons I won't get into because it will just result in some naive nonsense.

 

And there you have it, GiGi clearly ducking Ward and has absolutely no intention of getting in the ring with the A Side in 2016.
It's clear that Little G's excuse of wanting to unify MW and that's why they reject the Ward fight is a lame excuse, because Ward's team clearly stated that the match wouldn't occur until mid 2016, plenty of time for Little G to face Lenieux.

RocNation has made it clear that it was they who offered the 50/50 split and that Little G's team felt as Little G is the B-Side, he deserved a percentage greater than 50%.

GiGi's team is great a lying and deceiving the public, but it's now as transparent as air that Golovkin is ducking Ward like he was an incoming 9mm round.

Soon Jermain Taylor will be back in the mix and we'll get to see if we'll be adding Taylor's name to the ducked list too.
