    They expire, don't they?

Once they expire you have to re-apply and Roc Nation obviously didn't have the proper paperwork on file and they actually filed the wrong application.

The boy doesn't know an F sharp from a C minus.
Rap is 100% flat and soulless because rappers don't comprehend music fundamentals and what a crescendo is. :smoke

It took me a long time to warm up to rap. A long time. But eventually I had to concede that there was so much of it and so many people liked it that there must be something to it and that there were likely a few songs I would enjoy from the genre. Here are a few of my favorites.

1979 Sugarhill Gang- Rapper's Delight (hip hop) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKTUAESacQM
1982 Grandmaster Flash- The Message (hip hop) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4o8TeqKhgY
1988 Big Daddy Kane- Ain't No Half Steppin' (hip hop) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2l2O-JOXG_I
1991 LL Cool J- Mama Said Knock You Out (hip hop) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vimZj8HW0Kg
    1992 2pac- Changes (hip hop) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ay9BWM8lwOA
    1992 Erick B. & Rakim- Don't Sweat the Technique (hip hop) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Y1Emb7Jyks
1992 Dr. Dre- Nuthin' But a G Thang (hip hop) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BANYnf3cRtA
    2004 JayZ- 99 Problems (hip hop) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WwoM5fLITfk
2004 Kanye West- Jesus Walks (hip hop) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmHp3ZTAbH4

I already heard all of these and actually know some of them personally.
After the 1990s the record execs killed rap.
The last great rap artists were The Roots and PE.

This shet you hearing today ain't no rap. It's BS over sampling (stealing) of other people's music pieced together to be much less than the originals being sampled. All rappers do in their spare time is to listen to older records listening for pieces to steal.
I forget which album it was that Jay-Z had all these instruments on the cover, but the stupid bis**** can't play even one of them. Same for Kanye.

Did you see the business plan that Kanye gave to Zuckerman for a loan?
That is one stupid Mofoker. He stole pieces of many of other people's business plans, stuck them all together to make a huge presentation that not only made it looked like shet but made himself look ignorant as hell. Just like his "art". The boy so dumb he talking about sueing the Piratebay.

My son started doing rap and I put a halt to that shet by sticking his ass into 2 music programs, 1 playing piano and 1 for singing, with a quickness. Can't have his brain going entropy with that lazy ass rap shet. :yep

Good man, I respect musicians that can sing and play instruments. The more classically trained the better. Most of what passes for popular music is uninspired lazy ****. But ironically, a lot of these know nothing rappers are classically trained musicians slumming it. Kanye West went to The American Academy of Art and Chicago State University. Nicki Minaj and Slick Rick both went to La Guardia High School of Performing Arts, that place they made the movie Fame about. Tupac performed A Raisin in the Sun at the Apollo theater and danced ballet in the Nut*******. Drake dropped out of Vaughan Road Academy only to return and finish his degree after he'd become famous. They aren't all hard ghetto thugs from the street like they'd have you believe.

I started this thread to gripe and moan about Roc Nation's incompetent mismanagement of Andre Ward and now they have shown they are also messing up with managing Rigondeaux, costing him a fight.
    What a douche organization.

Roc Nation signed Andre Ward in late November 2014 but they didn't get him in the ring until June 2015.Wtf? After that layoff one would think Ward would want to get back into things right away. But I guess when you get a $500,000 signing bonus whats the rush?:huh

On top of that, all they managed to get as an opponent was Smith, and then they had to air the fight on B.E.T. and let that no boxing commentator Sway mess up the commentary.
In the end it's Andre Ward's fault for signing with Roc Nation, but I don't know how many other options he had.
IMHO, Ward is in a bad spot with his management and promotion issues, and so is Rigo.
Cotto is the only one who can compensate for Roc Nation's incompetence because he is fully capable of promoting his self. If Ward is smart he'd better be spending time getting some advice from Hopkins and Cotto.
Ward signing with GBP would have been much better for his career than RN.

Beat me to it. I also think though that it's the boxer's fault too. Never sign with a promotion company where they have no idea what they're doing, in this case, people in the music industry...
