What do you think of him? Is he a prospect? What I find strange is that before last night he had no knock outs in his first three fights yet blew away all three of his opponents.

    he obviously has some talent.

Sign with a promoter that has other liverpool fighter Maloney or Warren. Get at least 4 more fights before the end of the year and then push towards a domestic title in 2012.

I think Webb would beat him in a proper fight.

Power takes time to develop with some. I don't think people should get on the backs of fighters due to lack of ko power! It can make a fighter to eager to ko someone rather than work the openings.

And any way, he's ****ing got a 50% ratio no ain't he!

I am not sure how good he is but he made a good show of himself last night. He can make him self some money now with a few easily winnable fights in Liverpool then try and step it up next year.

Same as Dunk said , if he is manged right there is no reason why he couldnt be going for domestic titles in 2012.

I agree it is difficult to gauge over 3 rounds in 3 fights...:yep

Totally different training regime, it would be good to see them over 10-12 rounds with 12 weeks notice...:yep

    I would fancy Webb...:good

I thought Webb looked the best overall too.

Has the 30-28 card been explained yet?

Webb had the hardest route to the final, if it had been the other way round Webb would be the prizefighter champ easily.

Webb simply didnt have enough left after the 2 previous hard fought contests.

    I also think Webb would win over a 8, 10, 12 rounder.

Forgot to mention my thoughts on Rocky, he does look decent with a bit of power in his punches. Didnt see too much in the way of defence but his fights didnt last long enough would need to see him in a few proper fights to make a better judgement.

Could perhaps nick a British title.

Well done rocky, great reach with a fair jab, puts combos together,he may have had easier route to final than webb but thats coz he finshed them early, fair play to him.A cracking night, well done to them all.

But Rocky was fresh because he stopped his opponent where as Webb couldn't.

Your argument that he would win over 8, 10, 12 rounds is non sensical seeing as you're saying that Webb basically lost because he didn't have anything left in the tank, how would he be after 12 rounds in a row then?

Rocky stopped his second opponent because he was against a guy who nearly got knocked out in the fight before and clearly wasn't in a proper state to box on. Plus he had the advantage of fighting first therefore having more rest time. Whereas Webb had to go 6 tough rounds with a former champion and a walking brick shithouse!

Full credit for stopping Maxwell in the first fight though.

Rocky won the event and fair play to him but Tobias Webb definitely looked the better boxer to me.

Some people claim that Webb won the event :hey

In seriousness though i thought that Rocky had a good draw and i thought he had a good chance of winning when he first came out for the ringwalk he looked so nervous but I think the ease with which he was able to get at Maxwell and stop him boosted his confidence

I think people are underrating Rockys performances and whilst Webb did well he hardly looked great against a shot Reid and Smyle a fighter that was stopped by Wayne reed who looked really poor in my opinion.

I think Rocky could make a decent run of it Maloney shuld sign him up and get him on the undercard of Smith Simpson I think he is currently with Steve Vaughan and fights on the undercards of Derry Matthews fights
