Rocky fielding

Rocky Fielding doesn't have all the talent in the world, but he's a decent fighter. Could beat Dodson with a good training camp. He's the only one of the scouse crew on that bill that I actually liked.

 

He's coming along nicely, Hearn should be in no rush to move him up in class.

He is starting to punch harder and is putting his shots together in combinations very well, still leaky defensively and needs to work on that in the gym.

I like Rocky, hopefully he'll fight for the British title by he end of the year.

 

Fielding vs Anderson would be a good scrap

 

Bit too soon for Feilding IMO. Hasn't Kenny dropped the belt and won't be fighting for a while due to personal reasons?

 

Give him 2 out of webb, smyle, tony hill or martin conception before the summer then go after the loser of dodson/smith before fighting the winner next xmas.

 

Heard Rocky has never lifted a dumbell and only started working on his strength 3months ago. I already thought he had some power after watching him win prizefighter but think if he works on his styrength and conditioning like he mentioned post fight last night he could do quite well.

I would love him to eventually get in with Paul Smith. Think alot of scousers would love to see this.

 

A defence against Concepcion could be a barnstormer which he should win

 

Concepcion was at 154 not too long ago, Feilding would knock him out in a round or two.

 

needs to improve defence and a few other things to win anything at domestic level but i reckon he can better

 

Hes improving every fight which is good, I rate Oliver as a trainer and he seems to be doing good things with him. Against Dilks he started slowly and was pushed back a bit, but on saturday he started quick and pushed reed back from the start. Hes also only just taken on a strength and conditioning coach so that should bear fruit as he progresses. I think he can defo win the british title this year and the push on from there next year although I suspect he may move up to l heavy in the near future.

 

I think Rocky is developing well, good luck to him.

 

Im quite impressed, Fielding-Buglioni could be an interesting domestic scrap in the future

Khoren Gevor would be a good test for him on the Froch-Kessler undercard

 

Fielding should fight an eliminator and then get the winner of Smith vs Dodson which he is perfectly capable of winning as both of them are ****. He is a good, fun domestic fighter.
