yes both guys beat up Antuofermo, but in my opinion Alan created more space and controlled Vito without having him climb all over him like he did against Marvin. Vito was able to get much closer to Marvin. But both picked him off. This content is protected This content is protected
Gta Iano was very crude and dropped his hands whilst trading, he had a bad defence and swung wildly, he had terrible balance and had very poor boxing ability, he had power and that is it and was relentless, Minter has the opposite style, he is a very good technical boxer and had a good defence and good balance and feet when he chose to, he was a good counterpuncher and had decent power, but nothing special, I see Minter outboxing and making Graziano fall off balance quite easily and just picking him off and making him miss his wild swings and measuring him, he would predict him easily as there was only one thing Graziano was going to do and that was to swing and try and knock you out Minter wins comfortably on points
The mature Minter of his later, World Championship years, would have no trouble with Graziano. The only danger would be to his hands ! The young, hot headed version of Alan, who could be goaded or hurt into going on the cobbles, would get drawn into Rocky's kind of punch up and his vulnerable eyebrows would see him pulled out or stopped. If we're selling tickets, we want the Minter of 1976 that fought Kevin Finnegan.
