Based on the careers, I would say Vito wins a close fight, though dropped a couple times in the middles rounds. He would wear Rocky down the stretch.
Its a good matchup, they're about the same size,whereas one was a banger the other was a fairly light puncher. It'd be a cracking fight with blood and snot aplenty. I'll take antuofermo on points

Vito ,game as he was had nothing to ward off Rocky who though not a great all around MW was a helluva puncher who today is sadly underrated ...Rocky could be outboxed yessir but any light punching brawler who came to him as Vito would have had to absorb his right hand grenades...I have Graziano 7-5 favorite...
