Not many. Jeff was more or less a counterfeit Mayweather. Rocky would need to suffer an ACL tear and a concussion climbing through the ropes for Jeff to have a chance.
Jeff did ok in his pro career and certainly had some skills. i think Rocky is on another level though and either Rocky wins by decision or stops Jeff late. Jeff knew his way around the ring and isnt going to get blown out .
