Rocky faces former champions Carnera, Schmeling, Sharkey, Baer in his first 2 years as a pro. Then faces Braddock for the title and defends it against Louis' opponents. How far can he go? And how long he keeps the title?
I think he`d do as well as Louis did, Schmeling would give him problems like the Charles Conn would land a lot plus his movement would help him, Farr could push Rock but unless he landed THAT punch vs Walcott or something along those lines a younger Walcott and Charles may just get him.
You know The Rock would hit Sharkey with a "border-line" punch some time in the fight. (Dempsey's: "What should I have done, sent him a telegram?" re-dialed up again).
Rocky beats them all but it would be interesting to see Rocky against Max Baer, Buddy Baer, Abe Simon even Primo. Maybe a 33 year old Walcott too.
Unlike Louis he beats Schmeling both times. He goes undefeated but retires well before 26 defenses. Overall his legacy doesn't end as strong as Louis's. But still an all time career. The Carnera, Schmeling, and Baer fights would be the most interesting.
He beats Carnera like he did his special heavy bag, and eventually stops both Schmeling and Baer, but the Baer fight could be a knock down drag out encounter before he breaks Maxie's will.
Plenty of blood with the fat man rescued by round 6! Galento would not be mobile enough to emulate C*ckell's 9rounds stand.
He defeat s schmeling in the first fight but maybe not the easiest of fight s. He beats Carnera, sharkey and baer. Braddock he kos in around 7. He would make about 9 defence s I believe, then hang em up. I don't see marciano carrying on so long as Louis did.
