I use to have no respect for him but been watching alot of his fights he was a great fighter he had the greatest will to win and the best stamina i have ever seen he never stopped throwing.

People talk about how small he was but whats crazy people they said the same thing but then they said he was not big enough to be a heavyweight he would get killed.

He became Heavyweight champion of the world.

He did weigh 188 he choose to weigh that he could have fought at 200 i have read this in his life story.

People call him a crusierweight yeah a crusierweight that was Heavyweight champion of the world baby.

Another thing Marciano through nothing but bombs looking at peoples faces when he hit them my god.

Rocky Marciano is a all time great Heavyweight champion to me.

Marciano is rated as deserved and fine. There are very few in this sport that get the amount of attention, respect and love by fans and the general and Marciano is clearly one of them.

I dont get where you're coming from. he's considered one of the greatest heavyweights ever. if any heavyweight doesn't get his just due to this very day, it's a guy like larry holmes.

Good point, he only had 6 defenses

Marciano didn't fight for the crown until his 43rd fight, he was fighting 8 and 10 rounders against ham and eggers for 43 fights, and his only big victories were against 4 washed up old champs :-(

Did I mention that he also got a gift decission against nobody Roland Lastarza?

There isn't any doubt Marciano was fighting terrible opposition well past 30+ fights into his career. Believe he fought something like 8 rated fighters (11 times) over 49 fights. He did take on all of top challengers after getting a shot at and winning the title. Walcott and Charles were still pretty damn good. Louis was about shot and Moore did very little as a Heavyweight.
