I read for months about different boxers routines and so forth. I wanna talk about rocky marciano for a moment and his routine.. every time i read about rocky marcianos regiman it seemed like he never gave his body recuperation what can u say about this?..... and also does any body know if he did pull ups, dips, pushups...and if so how many of each and how often of each?

I used to run in steel toe boots. I didn't have any running shoes... I eventually got running shoes.

Questions like this make absolutely no sense. How many pullups, dips and pushups did he do? Knowing that makes absolutely no difference to anyone. If he did 5000 pushups a day it doesn't mean you should or anyone else.

Also, whatever the guys made up in the article you read, your body needs rest, as did RM's.

It was sarcasm. Most people here know my opinions on aspects of old school training.

Search back through the forum and look up the old school vs new school threads then you'll understand why I said what I said.

and u got a sarcastic response... was that not expected?

Also glad you understand the fact that science has enlightened people with training methods unlike many people in the boxing world who still think its 1890
