Beterbiev easy KO. Marciano went life and death with a 80 year old Walcott.

 

Size is irelevant with Marciano, he would eat every single heavyweight if they were born in the 1930s. I think people underestimate the role of genetics in that era, guys like Fury wouldnt have enough to eat, and no competent steroids would be available. Beterbiev would be ate for lunch, we arent talking boxing, we are talking about pain endurance.

The worst heavyweight in 1950s era has more masculinty and testosterone than steroid pumped Anthony Joshua, let a lone Beterbiev and the rest.

 

Different era, different times, that Walcot had more testostorone from genetic perspective than steroid pumped Anthony Joshua, war experience and iron will.

I think Marciano in his prime would break both Vlad and Furys spine over 15 rounds, and if Fury and Vlad or AJ would have been born in the 20-30s, they would probably be cruiserweight as well, where would they have a luxury they have today, a daily food to keep their muscle, a sterodis, protein, gyms with air conditioning.

No heavyweight today could match older ones in their era, and we can only dream what could Marciano if he had acces to today luxury equpment, steroids and quality food, he would eat Mike Tyson.

If Callum Johnson can hurt Beterbiev, Marciano surely can, and it's hard to definitively pick a more ruthless finisher at the 190lb range than Marciano. If AB gets hurt, especially early, I give it to The Rock all day long. Would be a cracking fight while it lasted though.

Theres also the resumes to factor in. AB's best win is probably Gvozdyk, who was an excellent fighter but, he ain't no Archie Moore, Ezzard Charles or Don Cockell, two of which are arguably the greatest LHW's of all time and Don Cockell was no mug.

That level of intensity and work rate in the 14th and 15th rnds after literally beating the crap out of each other for the previous 13 is verging on super human.
