    I know

Anyway, it's conceivable that Hopkins could spoil and smother his way through the fight (which his best way to survive Marciano's onslught), and I actually think he might be able to do it well enough to last the distance. But he ain't winning this fight against a guy whose awkwardness, high workrate, and power would put Hopkins on the defensive throughout the fight.

Hopkins couldn"t hurt Marciano so Rocky would have nothing to worry about. He'd be in Hopkins' face all night long and everytime Rocky lands it's going to hurt Bernard. It's only a matter of time before Rocky wears Hopkins down and ends it. Bernard would make it difficult for a few rounds as Rocky was a slow starter but eventually Rocky rolls over him. No MW in history beats Marciano....Period.

Marciano punches a hole through Bernie's front teeth and through his Adams apple but Bernard pretends he was hit low to gain some rest. After the ref allows the fight to resume Marciano misses a right hand to the head and it lands on Bernie's shoulder and again Bernard cry's foul...a solid right hand to the forehead and Bernard goes down and takes a 50 count holding on to his balls

there's no way to prove that but we all know rocky could punch. rocky didn't knockout old versions of former middleweights charles and moore in one round. he had to wear them down.

Worst post i've ever read. Hopkins cant keep marciano off him, he gets torn apart very easily. Archie moore and charles were better bigger fighters than hopkins.Infact its pathetic this is.Hopkins is slightly overated at middle i feel with his resume , dont make him put 20lbs on and get abused at 180lbs by this animal

Look I don't know if Marciano could make 180 ... I do doubt it ... however, if they fought at 185 Rocky would break Bernard in half ... let's get real please ... Rocky was so much stronger and Bernard has nothing to keep Rocky off him with ... Bernard's only hope is a ref that allows him to clinch all night so he might go the distance ...

Then he'll be clinching with a much stronger man, which dont bode well. He gets brutalised or disqualified for to much hugging/running/blagging

People sometimes wrongly criticize Marciano's punching power, when it should be a case of his accuracy that might deserve some critique.
