IMHO, the referee saves Arreola, no later than the 8th, probably earlier.

I also pick Marciano but it would by no means be as easy as people imagine. Arreola is bigger and as tough as rocks. He likes guys that fight him and I think he'd give Rocky a lot to think about for a while.

While I think it's inarguable that Rocky wins, this would be an amazing fight. And there's no way Arreola goes early. He took Wilder's best for longer than most, and Marciano wasn't exactly known for quick stoppages as champion. He'll be lasting longer than Cockell did.

Wilders beat Arroela with one arm. Not hyperbole. He literally only used one arm as the other was still tapped up from surgery.

Arroela would be smelted by Rocky one sideded. Kockell would beat Arroela as well

Arreola was almost as old as Ortiz when Wilder fought him.

Very attentive and well minded post.

One guy had a HW resume and went 10 rounds with Vitali and 8 with Wilder, but for some miracle, the 4-0 HW resume fighter Rocky Marciano, who averaged 9.2 rounds in title fights, is going to win that fight early and/or one-sided :eusa_whistle:

If this one could happen...I'd like to bet with the posters who are saying Marciano wins easily. Of course I'd be surprised if Marciano got past 4 rounders before he left boxing in a good era.

Rocky Marciano is the worst fighter of all time.
He once walked down the street carrying two grocery bags. He could barely walk in a straight line. An apple fell out of one of the bags, and he stumbled around until he fell into Goldman's gym. As he stood up to dust himself off, he accidentally backhanded a heavy bag, and a loud noise rang throughout the gym. Goldman's eye twinkled. He looked at Rocky and said "Hey kid, got any blueberries in there?"
    The rest is history.
