Apparently both have fought bums in their unbeaten records and some say that Marciano just does not have the size to compete with the modern heavyweights. But does his heart, stamina and never give up attitude guarantee him a victory against Deontay Wilder and can he negate Wilder's wind mill and can Rocky's Suzie Q and relentless non stop punching eventually stop Wilder late in the fight.

Sounds like it is Rocky's gumption and moxy versus Deontay's athleticism and POWWA!

    Wilder KO

As much as it will hurt his fanbase to say this deontay wins before round 7 by k.o. i think pound for pound rocky is the better fighter. But deontay would almost defintly stop him. Too big of a mismatch, rocky didn' have that max baer or sonny liston power he would need to kill this giant.

Wilder is tall but hardly a giant.he is a skinny 220 pounder.

I'd pick Marciano to break Wilder, send him running, and knock him out.

Marciano would be so scared. Having to look at this guy. Oh my! What a scary face this Wilder has. Tattoos! Then there’s thise long arms and he’s just so darn tall...

No. Rocky should stay away. Far too intimidating guy for a little man like Rocky to take on. 220 pounds too!

I'm one of those guys that thinks weight counts and that a lot of the old timers have been magnified by the lense of time. However, weight counts when it's coupled with skill. Wilder habitually puts in atrocious performances and while his power cannot be denied, he's never really been tested.

Marciano would 100% test that chin, and he was an awkward guy to land on himself. Wilder has not impressed me in terms of footwork or a jab or inside work or even tying a guy up so that he can't punch back. With the sort of power Wilder has I wouldn't count him out, but I reckon Marciano would get up close, take away Wilder's leverage, and bust him up something awful.

Wilder is really a 220lb Tommy Hearns without the skills, footwork or timing, but with a better management team.
