Is that a term you would use to describe a former Hw champ? Any of them? Or just Walcott? There were worse champs then Walcott. But imo once u win it that term leaves you behind. No one from your articles u posted called him a journeymen I believe after he won the belt. Mediocre champ is a better assessment
Yea its compliment considering what JJW had been through during his career. If he wasnt a Journeymen then nobody was.
I don't agree with @Seamus that Walcott's entire career should be classified as a journeyman, but just to play Devil's Advocate, you can class parts of a career as journeyman like. I'd say the first part of Walcott's career was like that, similar to Braddock's too.
At their best I favor Frazier, but Rocky's a live enough 'dog. When two attrition fighters go at it, I always favor the larger man unless there's a big gulf in skill in favor of the smaller man or real chin issues on the larger, and that's not the case here. Would've been an absolutely brutal affair.
