IMHO: Marciano wins by TKO 7. Grim down in every round, twice in the the 6th and three times in the 7th. The attendees, officials, and referee, no matter who they are, just can't stand watching it anymore. (Even Marciano turns to referee and says: "I really don't want to hit this guy again. What do I have to do? Kill him?") Afterwards, Grim is taken to the nearest hospital as a precaution.
Yeah I think Grimm would take too much punishment. By the 1950’s officials were taking a bit more mercy on fighters
