It is absurd to sayRocky was a top notch technical fighter.

Just as insane to act as if he had no skills.

Pwer, heart & endurance are skills,

So was the way he utilized his crouching style & counterpunching attack. Ali said he was deceptively hard to hit, & that was a gazillion years after retirement. Said he was better than Frazier, & that was before their feud/Ali's betrayal might bias his answer.

 

Power heart and endurance are qualities not skills.
