I have three books on Marciano NONE mention Weill offering a title shot to Marciano.Two speculate that Weill avoided Valdes.

 

Ringo is actually someone I don't think Rocky could stop. He'd have to hammer out a decision if he could. I have my doubts, Oscar is the same stature but a bigger frame, I think Rocky would have a rough time with him.
