Rocky Marciano vs Riddick Bowe?

Almost seven inches in height, fifty pounds in weight and fifteen inches in reach .... come on .. there are reasons for weight classes ..

 

The only reason why the ref didn’t wave it off, to save Bowe who was in no condition to defend himself, was because Evander wasn’t hitting him. Bowe was out.

 

Wasn't that his debut ? Hopkins also lost his debut but people chant ALL TIME GREAT when they talk about him. It still doesn't erase that he destroyed Morrison.

 

Holyfield WAS hitting him. Bowe just blocked and slipped his punches and jabbed Holyfield away

 

Its like asking who would win between Regis Prograis and Tony Bellew

I am of course willing to acknowledge, that Holyfield would be better able to outbox Bowe, than Marciano.

However if Bowe want to make it an inside game, then that is Marciano's territory.

It doesn't matter how good an infighter Bowe is, Marciano is always going to bet in closer.

Also clinching is very difficult against a good infighter.

 

Hopkins was not knocked flat on his back in the first round. Nor did Bent go on to emulate the ATG career of Hopkins. He’s just a guy who loses to Hide after 11 fights.

 

He still lost. Bentt loosing his debut doesn't erase the fact that he demolished Tommy Morrison quicker than other world class fighters. Its not like Bentt lost 4 or 5 times then beat morrison. Anyway Bowe > Marciano because size matters to an extent

Bentt losing two of his first 12 fights would ordinarily diminish his standing among the hysterical type who show love only for stats. However, an analysis of the pedigree within those few wins Bentt was able to score is not confirming any real prowess for Bentt going into the Morrison fight. And that Hides big win?

 

In my unprofessional opinion you are far from insane or mentally ill but you can be very facetious and hard headed.
