Marciano hits harder than Morrison and has 10x the chin and always won against stiffer comp

    But go on

    Morrison gets decapitated, end of

RBV. What a Rocco in wonderland rubbish.
A fellow like Lennox Lewis picked up a loss or two against a field like this...
A retired Marciano (RIP champ for accidentally passing away so young :() would have a good chuckle about a fan like you boosting him that way.

I am only asking the same question over and over... present me a correlative fighter in that time period with the same physical attributes who was elite. It's pretty simple.

Disagree completely, Marciano has the much better knockout resume and more devastating effects

For one punch power Tommy would be quite a bit better. Against his best opponents (who were still primarily old, feeble and small) Marciano had to be a ln attrition puncher.

He would beat them all, some brutally, especially the fights he was really up for like Holmes who would swallow Marciano's jock strap - some may last into the later rounds but pay dearly - Marciano was a 15 round fighter and fought 3 minutes of every round- at Marciano's pace most of these guys would not last 6-10 but if the made it past that 11-15 would be Hell.

Morrison had the chin of a welterweight - Walcott and Moore would expose it - Charles as well

Marciano gets Tommy pretty early- maybe as quick as Bent - it depends how fast Tommy goes in

I've been over this with you a thousand times, Marciano had strong comp, much better wins than Tommy's, Morrison didn't always finish people in one punch, in fact his best win he didn't finish at all, and Marciano has plenty feats of freakish power and 1 punch Kos

Marciano had old, feeble and small competition after he left the NE circuit farm well into his career. He was there and gone in a few years at the elite level, focussing on the leftovers of a previous generation with a sprinkling of white dopes.

Tommy was actually much the same but swam in a much bigger pond which in turn made him a small fish.

But punch for punch, I'll take Tommy. Roids, fake tan, pec implants and all...

Stop exaggeraing it. Why not the chin of a flyweight better?

Debating this is funny.. Tommy Morrison could have killed with a left hook many of the 180s pounders that rocky fought. Tommy did hit harder than Marciano and clearly.

You’ve been given numerous names yet you still give the same parroted poor argument. Been plenty of 5”10 contenders and champions after Rocky. Gaining weight is not a skill.

Plenty of 5-10 guys with slow feet, slow hands and no balance? You keep trying to equate Rocky with guys vastly more athletic and schooled than he was. No one is buying it.

Rocky had decent power, excellent stamina and great fighting heart. But given his athletic deficiencies, that would not be enough, and was far less than what Tyson or Tua had, to compete in the 90's.
