Marciano via KO. Jirov would slug with Rocky and it wouldn't end well for him. It'd be a very fun, action packed fight to watch, but Marciano just was too strong and had too much power for anyone to really stand much of a chance slugging against him who was anything but a very strong, powerful heavyweight.
Jirov begins to land a couple jabs to Rocky's iron-crusted face.... Marciano cracks a homerun as Vassily's head goes flying to the crowd! What a spectacular show folks! :hat
This would be such an awesome fight. Jirov has the best of it early, Rocky catches up in the middle and ends matters decisively in the last half. Jirov doesn't have the engine to compete.

I think it would be an extremely entertaining fight. I got lucky cause I turned on the TV many years ago, and low and behold the Jirov-Toney fight had just started. What a war that was. I do recall them saying Jirov wasn't in the best of condition because he was just coming off an injury and that really affected his endurance. In any event, I'll take the Rock but I think it would last into the mid rounds and Virov would likely win more rounds than many on here think.
